With respect for nature
E = Environment
Our processes, policies, procedures and the impact we have on the environment apply not only to our construction projects, but also to our company.
As of 2019, 90% of the vehicles in the DYNAMIK fleet are equipped with GPS and telematics devices that monitor routes and driver behaviour. Fuel savings, and thus a reduction in environmental impact, are also achieved thanks to hybrid drive. According to our findings, the mild-hybrid reduces consumption by an average of 3l/100 km.
As one of the leading companies in the construction industry, we are taking action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We actively propose smart and low-emission solutions to our clients. We successfully implement heat generation from geothermal boreholes, installation of heat pumps or implementation of green roofs for clients. We can also provide other low-emission, intelligent and energy-efficient solutions.
Analysis of the emission impacts of these solutions compared to fossil solutions:
Heat pump: 0.322 kgCO2e/kWh
Production from atmospheric gas boiler: 0.4637 kgCO2e/kWh
Heat production from geothermal source: 0.122 kgCO2e/kWh
A comprehensive environmental impact analysis also assesses the impact of the commodities from which the concrete is produced. The Sustanable Process Index (SPI), developed by the Technical University of Graz, is used to quantify the impact and measures the amount of emissions that are generated during the production of concrete. The CO2 emissions have been quantified by this analysis at 117 kg CO2 per 1m3 of concrete or 0.0493 kg CO2 per 1 kg of concrete.
We have a methodology in place to evaluate environmental risks: frequency of occurrence, environmental impact, and economic impact. This is in line with European SRS standards and the concept of the "double materiality matrix".

Caring for people
S = Social / Social responsibility
We care about our employees and the society around us. We create a quality work environment with an inclusive culture, while promoting the health and well-being of our employees

Not only the pleasant working environment at the DYNAMIK headquarters in Nitra contributes to the well-being at the workplace and efficient work. We create space for employees to self-development, organize educational DYNAMIK Academy and regularly survey the level of employee satisfaction with the company and the benefits provided. Our employees also appreciate regular teambuilding, daily fresh fruit, vitamin packages, and the fact that the company adheres to environmental principles both on construction sites and in the offices. And just like the company, our employees are also involved in the charity and sponsorship projects we support.
The formal nature of OHS is also set beyond our responsibilities, including in relation to contractors. DYNAMIK perceives the issue of OSH as an area for cooperation, which is also regulated by our strategic Code of Conduct for suppliers of DYNAMIK HOLDING, a.s. This sets out the mandatory minimum requirements in the areas of HSE, the environment and requirements for fair business principles, and in the areas of human rights and labour standards.
These principles are not only applied in the management of the company, in relation to employees and suppliers, but are also applied in relation to the users of the buildings and the surrounding community. Community benefits include, for example, the installation of defibrillators on buildings or the revitalization and renovation projects DYNAMIK carries out in city parks. For building users, these include various types of design solutions promoting green mobility (bicycle racks, for example). In regions where we have built industrial buildings for foreign investors, we have contributed to job creation.
